How can I use PRIZEY?

We deliver our content in several formats:

  • A blog, continuously updated with new contests and giveaways as we spot them.
  • An RSS feed of the same content, deliverable to any RSS reader. [Here's an easy how-to for setting up RSS reading in Google Reader, from our friends at Z Recommends.]
  • A daily email digest that can be delivered to your inbox every morning.
  • A Google Calendar which tracks deadlines for entries, which you can subscribe to in order to receive email notification the day before any listed contest or giveaway closes. Listings supply the name of the giveaway item; if you are interested in entering, visit PRIZEY and type the item name in the search box to call up the listing. An example of the calendar embedded in an iGoogle home page is at right (click to enlarge).
  • A Twitter feed you can follow for PRIZEY notifications of every new listing.
  • A customizable blog widget you can add to your blog, MySpace or Facebook page, personal web portal (Netvibes, Pageflakes, iGoogle, etc.), or grab the code itself to insert wherever your tinkering self can make it work. It looks more or less like this but you can muck with the settings:
Using PRIZEY is as simple as:
  • Reading, subscribing to, or embedding one of the above
  • Submitting your giveaways for possible listing or posting them to del.icio.us with the tag "PRIZEY" to share with editors as well as directly with PRIZEY fans
  • Adding the PRIZEY button to your own blog to qualify for giveaways from PRIZEY or its partners to readers who help promote our site
  • Contacting PRIZEY to list your own blog giveaways if you routinely publish opportunities which meet our criteria.
