PRIZEY Sponsor & Giveaway: Green to Grow BPA-Free Baby Bottles

Green to Grow is an infant care products startup that produces BPA-free bottles that showcase environmentally-responsible packaging, award-worthy graphic design, and sound labor practices at their manufacturing facilities. The company received an "Excellent" rating in the Z Report on BPA, the highest category rating in ZRecs' scale, received one of the highest scores in a showdown of five BPA-free bottles in a ZRecs "Showdown" review by Naomi Shapiro, and even spearheaded an initiative to help consumers donate used bottles to mothers in need of assistance.

The company also sells delicious gift sets, and we're thrilled to be giving one of them away on their behalf. Feast your eyes on their gorgeous, all-inclusive Just Right package for the new mom in your life - maybe you!

The Just Right gift set features:

  • Two 5 oz. and two 10-oz. bottles (regular neck or wide neck)
  • Three packages of nipples, one each of beginner (slow flow, 0-3 months), intermediate (medium flow, 3-6 months), and expert (fast flow, 6+ months) stages
  • One re-useful tote in choice of red or yellow
This gift set costs $70.49 for the regular neck or $73.99 for the wide neck. If you win, you can take your pick.

To enter to win Green to Grow's Just Right gift set, comment on this post with the name of an organization in your area that might appreciate these super-safe, super-cute bottles when you're done using them. If there's something special you have to share about this organization, feel free to do it in your comment, but all we need is an organization name for your entry to be valid.

That's all you need to do for a chance to win. Include your email if you want us to contact you directly if you win and don't mind that address being posted here until the end of time, or just check PRIZEYWinners after the giveaway ends to see if you've won.

If you'd like to take it a step further, get in touch with the organization you name here and see if they'd like to be added to Green to Grow's directory, so that other parents in your area can find them. If they confirm interest in receiving gently used bottles, head here to find out how to submit their contact info to Green to Grow's directory, and you've done a major good deed in your community.

These look great! I will pass quite a bit of my stuff on to Great Expectations, which is our teen parent program at the high school. It's a neat program as it basically is a child care center/parenting class mixed together, community members can use the day care also, and the teen parents can attend regular high school classes (with all "electives" spent in the child care center)

My baby to come would love these. When he's done with them we'd have to give them to Pregnancy Information Center in Aurora, IL. PIC helps pregnant women make a decision to keep their babies through education, counseling, and financial support. Or share their gift with a family waiting to adopt. I know they would appreciate these good for baby/ good for earth products.

The Sacred Heart Community Service organization in San Jose, CA has a program called Sacred Heart's Layette Program. www.sacredheartcommunityservice.org

Sacred Heart’s Layette Program attempts to alleviate some of those
struggles by providing new mothers
with a Layette and other basic essentials in order to better care for their newborns.

The Layette Program is a volunteer
driven program that ensures that
everything about the first day of
our newborn customers’ lives is
“brand new.” This program is totally supported by donations.
Over 400 layettes are given out each year through their Welcome Center.

Love the bottles, so responsible and adorable! I am trying to win these for my sister who is due soon. We have always tried to share all our baby gear as we have alternated having babies. So she would use them and then we would donate to an organization called safeharbor, a shelter for women and children. Thanks!

These are awesome. I think that I would just donate them right off the bat, so they would be brand new, to the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home (http://www.lbch.org/). They can use all of the help they can get!

I love the Green to Grow bottles, and love the fact that they are offering the wide neck bottles too! If I won the bottles, I would definitely donate them to Hope Haven of the Lowcountry. They are a non-profit organization in our area of South Carolina that provide crisis care, counseling, and shelter for abused children. I am sure there is a sweet baby who would love to have them! Thanks so much for the contest!!

My baby is to precious to take a chance on BPA. This would be so great and would alleviate the worries about whether bisphenol-a is harmful or not. Better to be safe than sorry. I would give them to an agency here called Family Service Association which includes a domestic violence shelter and also Healthy Families which prevents child abuse by working with the moms and also promotes healthy development from prenantal to child age 5.

These would be great for my new baby! When we are done using the bottles, I would pass them on to the Family Birth Center at our local hospital, Lebanon Community Hospital. I know there would be a lot of new moms who would appreciate both the free AND BPA free bottles.

I would love to win these bottles for my niece that is coming into the world next week. I recommended another brand (prior to knowing about the BPA issues), and I feel guilty. After their use - I would donate them to Harmony House. This is a battered women's shelter in our area. Thank you for the opportunity, and the great product!

I will donate these and all of my other gently used baby items to St. Mary's Parrish in West Chicago, for their donations to the community. I grew up there and went to their school and there are many families in that area that need very basic items.
