My son has Minga the crocodile, who likes to hang out in the kitchen aisle. Apparently he's the crocodile who chases Captain Hook.
Well my son has a brother who's name is John and is also 3 1/2. He is in a wheelchair (my son is not) and lives somewhere else since my son only has one bed in his room.
You should hear the antics "John" makes my son get up to!
My children haven't mentioned having an imaginary friend....yet. I did, though, growing up....from the time I was about 5 till I was about 8. I nicknamed him a "jigabog." He was a "purple velvet animal." (Don't ask. I don't have a clue, either.)
My daughter has an invisible friend who is a bunny. Honestly, it kind of creeps me out! haha..For a few weeks once, she was kept saying that it was cooking and/or eating a parrot, and that it yelled at her! Eeeeek.
I had an imaginary friend Mrs. Beasley who got me into all kinds of trouble! Climbing trees, hiding in my sister's closet and popping out to scare her...etc, etc...
My daughter has a few. There is a bunny, a doggie named spike, and a kitty named purr. She talks to her friends on the pretend phone and has one pretend friend she calls kayla who she never plays with but is always on the pretend phone with
When I was little I would pretend that my security blanket named mickey would come to life at night as mickey mouse.
My imaginary friend was a girl (I had 2 brothers) with curly hair (which I desperately wanted!)
my daughter does not have an imaginary friend but often makes me play roles for her to pretend with. today she is maid marion and i am robin hood!
I had a large furry monster named George. He was purple and green (not barneyish, though...) and got into all kinds of trouble!
I had a friend named Mary Ann and my Mom would get very upset when I talked about her. She was of course imaginary, and she was my friend for about two years.
My son has always had an elephant that lives in our mailbox. Okay - he has several imaginary friends but that one is my favorite. We feed him acorns and say Hi every day when we get the mail.
We take my sons "Superhero" friends everywhere we go! We have to wait for them to catchup to us when we're out, hold hands with them when we cross the street, and sometimes I even have to buckle them in when we go in the car. Other times they're too busy "training" to be buckled up! LOL!

Hi, I didn't have an imaginary friend, per say, but I did have an imaginary flea circus! I would gather the neighborhood kids (mostly younger than myself) and put on a flea circus show. They really did believe my act for a very long time! I can't ask a lot of questions and somehow managed to get out of them.....Thanks,Cindi

My daughter has a whole different family of "fake" people she calls them. SHe has a husband with kids and grandparents and a job. She takes them everywhere. She also has a best friend named Bebe that she talks to all the time. If other people see her out, they probably think she is crazy talking to no one.
My little sister once had an imaginary friend named Gladys, a strange name but she used to sit and talk to her all the time.
My daughter has an imaginary friend she calls ku-tu-ku. Whenever she say something she realizes that she shoudl not have, she tells us ku-tu-ku whispered it in her ear!
I know this sounds crazy but my daughter's is a littler girl named Sherda...I think that is how her name is spelled!!! I've never asked!!

I didn't have one but my sister did and she told me it was vampire needless to say the lights stayed on until I went to sleep. Sisters can be so mean!
My daughter has "Invisible Guy." He is responsible for all mischief in my house!
No individual imaginary friends here, but a whole host of group pretend friends! Just this week we've been visited by eagles (nice and nasty), pirates (ditto), Cinderella and the prince, Baby Kitty, multiple mean monsters and dragons, and Dr. Levy and Nurse Levy.
My 5yo daughter has an imaginary friend named Kyemma. She tells her secrets and laughs with her. Too cute!
small red ladybug with purple spots that sings chirtmas songs at night
My 7 month old is too young for an imaginary friend but reading about others has made me laugh. I would just love the CD's because my name is Maggie and someday's my sweet son seems like a ferocious beast! :-)
My youngest would love these. He is developmentally and speech delayed but when he's playing you can tell that he's pretending to talk to Thomas the Train or Steve from Blue's Clues.
My child is still in utero so I would hope that he doesn't have any imaginary friends yet but when I was little I use to talk to the air all the time. My mom says I was friends with everyone, especially people she couldn't see.
THANKS!!
ella the blue elephant who likes to eat brocolli and be rescued from the top of the tree (basketball hoop) by my favorite little firefighter=)
My daughter's friend is "pony" who is actually a unicorn. She isn't invisible (she's a stuffed animal), but she has a whole personality and wears baby doll clothes, and attends tea parties.
My oldest son had an imaginary friend called Mr. Dua. We thought he was a human - turns out he was a snail.
When I was younger I had a couple of imaginary friends. The one that I really got picked on for was my imaginary friend that was a pink elephant with polka dots. I used to tell my brothers that the elephant slept on my head at night!
I always imagined I was performing commercials for an audience of friends, who remained nameless. I remember sitting in the tub and doing commercials for baby shampoo and my parents asking who I was talking to! Thanks!
I actually did have an imaginary friend when I was a child, she was a young girl. None of our children have imaginary friends that I am aware of. We've had the flu this week so we're on a tv marathon, Maggie and the Ferocious Beast has been on a lot and it is such a cute show.
My daughter keeps talking about "Okie", her cat. We don't have any cats at our house. I have no clue what she's talking about, so I'm assuming it's an imginary friend!
My daughters imaginary friend is Pink Bear-- PB does everything we do. We even have to set the table for her!

My little brother had two imaginary friends, Deek & Badaw. He insisted that they come everywhere with us, and once started yelling at Deek in the middle of church because Deek kept trying to tickle him. My poor mother.
My kids haven't had talked about an imaginary friend just yet but I had and imaginary pet as a child myself, and it was a penguin, who did not have a name because he didn't ever tell me what it was but I would play for hours building igloo forts so he could stay chilly
My son can't speak yet, but I think is his imaginary friend is his shadow.
My daughter LOVES Maggie
My dd had an imaginary friend for years when she was little. His name was Michael. We have pictures of her holding his hand and some of her running with him (her arm is outstretched in front of her like he is pulling her). He went everywhere with her, including out to dinner. There was one time we were at the mall eatery and my dh sat down on a chair and my dd screamed and screamed that Daddy just sat on Michael.
Once she started Kindergarten, she said he had to leave. A few days later, her Aunt called to say thanks a lot for sending Michael to her house. Apparently, Michael showed up and was playing with my niece at their house.
Everyone in our families still remember Michael, he was a huge part of my dd's life.
I'm the one that had an imaginary friend, I called her Toni and she would come to see me when I was sad or sick or needed a friend to play with

My best friend and I had Fred & George. Now we were in 7th & 8th grade so we didn't reallllly believe in them but we thought we were cool anyway.
I'm afraid there's no imaginary friends around here...and I didn't have one as a child either.
my son has lots of friends, gotta love the autism
I never had an imaginary friend and my son is too young for one, but my mother had one who was a naughty boy!
