The Divine Chocolate giveaway we linked to yesterday dumped chocolate-lovers on an error page when they submitted the entry form. We chatted with the company, whose rep said that submissions were received despite the unfriendly landing page, which they have now fixed thanks to our note.
We only found out about the problem when we went to try to enter - and it explained why such a great prize was getting low ratings with our new star-rating system! Thanks to a timely suggestion by reader Jenna Glatzer, we are currently looking into ways to help readers alert us to problem listings.
