Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older, as of May 8, 2008. Employees and principals of the Sponsor (PRIZEY), prize partners, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00 a.m. Central Standard Time ("CST") on May 8, 2008 and end at 11:59 p.m. CST on May 10, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Void where prohibited.
How To Enter: Enter for the drawing by commenting on the sweepstakes announcement post with a note to your mother. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on May 10, 2008 to qualify for the prize. Only one entry per person is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits multiple entries.
Prize: A set of three Adiri bottles (one at each stage offered); a pair of Isabooties in the winner's choice of style and size from available options; a recycled standard-sized notebook from Subu's Etsy shop from available stock; and a "Bake Cupcakes Not War" canvas tote from The Silly Wagon. Drawing and Notification: The potential winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing conducted on or about April 29, 2008 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning each prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email address provided or via post at PRIZEYWinners (http://prizeywinners.blogspot.com). Alternates will be selected in the same random drawing and posted to PRIZEYWinners; if the winner does not claim the prize by contacting or responding to PRIZEY within 5 business days of the blog announcement and/or email notification, the first alternate to have sent in their mailing address and selections to prizeywinners (at) gmail (dot) com will be awarded the prize. Upon initial notification and verification prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner or alternate.
Prize Conditions: All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner’s entry and acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law or Sponsor’s Privacy Policy) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, statements, biographical information, and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
